美國職棒大聯盟(MLB)芝加哥小熊隊(Chicago Cubs)投手伍德(Travis Wood)以全壘打，幫助球隊以5比2擊敗舊金山巨人隊(San Francisco Giants)。小熊取得國家聯盟分區系列賽(National League Division Series)的二連勝，以二勝零敗領先巨人。
伍德也是自1924年以來，第一位在季後賽擊出全壘打的救援投手。上一位在季後賽擊出全壘打的救援投手是紐約巨人(New York Giants)的萊恩(Rosy Ryan)。他在1924年世界大賽(World Series)第三戰，打出全壘打。
